Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to maintain and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects
  • Contribute to the overall sales and marketing initiatives of the organization

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pasay City, Metro Manila
  • Fluent in English and Filipino; other Asian languages are advantageous
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the Philippines
