Work Location: Newport World Resorts (for Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill) and Mactan Cebu (for Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips and Street Burger)
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales and business development efforts for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Philippines, encompassing Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, and Gordon Ramsay Street Burger.
This position plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building corporate partnerships, managing key accounts, and ensuring the commercial success of all restaurant brands under the group. The Sales Manager serves as the primary link between operations, marketing, and clients to translate sales strategies into profitable outcomes and sustained brand visibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Revenue Generation & Business Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in corporate dining, group bookings, events, and brand collaborations.
- Grow dine-in, takeaway, and delivery sales through strategic partnerships, bulk orders, and special activations.
- Secure bookings for corporate events, private dining, product launches, and celebrations.
- Propose and execute tactical promotions aligned with business objectives and seasonality.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve profitability goals.
2. Corporate & Key Account Management
- Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, corporate partners, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Develop customized proposals and corporate dining packages.
- Conduct regular client visits, menu tastings, and business presentations to maintain engagement.
- Ensure seamless communication with clients from proposal to post-event follow-up, securing repeat business.
- Maintain a detailed CRM database of clients, leads, and opportunities.
3. Team Collaboration & Operational Coordination
- Work closely with the Restaurant General Managers, Executive Chefs, and Reservations team to ensure client expectations are met operationally.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on promotions, activations, and campaigns that support sales goals.
- Attend management meetings and provide input on pricing, promotions, and business strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all client touchpoints and communications.
4. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market movements to keep the brand competitive.
- Represent Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in networking events, trade fairs, and tourism collaborations.
- Identify potential B2B and B2C opportunities to increase brand reach and awareness.
- Support influencer partnerships, PR activities, and special events that contribute to brand exposure and sales.
5. Reporting, Forecasting, and Sales Administration
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.
- Track and measure sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI of marketing activities.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to annual budget planning.
- Ensure proper documentation of all contracts, quotations, and invoices.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Number of new corporate and group accounts secured.
- Client retention and repeat booking rate.
- Growth in average spend per guest or per transaction.
- Conversion rate of leads to confirmed sales.
- Positive client feedback and post-event satisfaction.
- Effectiveness of marketing partnerships and brand activations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in sales management or business development, preferably in hospitality, luxury dining, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong professional network within corporate, hotel, and tourism sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal: Group General Manager, Restaurant General Managers, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams.
- External: Corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies, lifestyle brands, media partners, and suppliers.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings, events, and functions.
- Must be available to attend evening events, weekends, and holidays when required.

- Eligible for sales incentives and performance bonuses based on achievement of revenue targets and key deliverables.
