Senior IT Business Analyst (Independent Contractor) – Pooling Purposes

Location: Hybrid (Metro Manila)

Employment Type: Project-Based Independent Contractor (Initial 3 months, extendable up to 12 months)

About the Role We are pooling for Senior Business Analysts to support upcoming enterprise transformation projects in a top technology-driven organization. This role goes beyond requirements gathering — you'll act as a bridge between executives, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise IT and business transformation projects.
  • Develop BRDs, FRs, and process models to guide solution design.
  • Partner with executives, PMs, architects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee vendor deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards and scope.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Drive process improvements and recommend digital solutions.
  • Serve as SME across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Billing.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in IT/business transformation, 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven delivery of analysis outputs for complex, enterprise-scale projects.
  • Domain expertise in at least 2 functional areas (Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, EAM, Billing).
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to Agile and hybrid models.
  • Degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
  • Preferred: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or Agile BA certifications.
