We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Analyst / Quality Analyst (BA/QA)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help identify process improvements, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and high-quality business solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology
    , Business Administration, Management
    , or a related field.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    and data analysis.
  • Experience using project management and software development tools such as
    Jira, Confluence, or Trello
    .
  • Familiarity with marketing tools or process automation is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Define business requirements and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights, findings, and project updates.
  • Stay updated on process and IT advancements to help automate and modernize business systems.
  • Ensure all solutions meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on organizational goals and requirements.
  • Prepare test scripts, execute tests, and identify software issues and bugs.
  • Analyze and track bugs or errors, monitor resolution progress, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team to enhance and optimize system functionality.
