Job Title : HR OFFICER

Reports to : HR MANAGER/CEO

Qualifications:

  1. Preferably graduate of Psychology or any related course

  2. With minimum 3year HR Officer experience - recruitment, onboarding, employee discipline

  3. Additional knowledge in different facet of human resources is an advantage

Technical Competencies:

a. MS Word

b. MS Excel

c. MS PowerPoint

d. Canva

  1. Google Suite

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. End to End Recruitment

  2. Onboarding

  3. Employee Discipline

  4. Timekeeping and payroll

  5. Records

  6. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;

  7. Accomplish HR Reports

  8. Monitoring of manpower requirements and sees to it that manpower requirement is served on time;

  9. Conduct background check thoroughly;

  10. Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems;

  11. Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored.

  12. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
