Job Title : HR OFFICER
Reports to : HR MANAGER/CEO
Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of Psychology or any related course
With minimum 3year HR Officer experience - recruitment, onboarding, employee discipline
Additional knowledge in different facet of human resources is an advantage

Technical Competencies:
- Computer literate and familiar on operation and application of the following programs:
a. MS Word

d. Canva
- Google Suite
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
End to End Recruitment
Onboarding
Employee Discipline
Timekeeping and payroll
Records
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
Accomplish HR Reports
Monitoring of manpower requirements and sees to it that manpower requirement is served on time;
Conduct background check thoroughly;
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems;
Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
