  1. In charged of the daily operations of Makati, Cebu and Davao branches.

  2. Manage the entire process of order fulfillment to ensure customers' orders are completely, properly, and timely delivered.

  3. Manage the entire process of Retail from replenishment of stocks to monitoring of sales and inventory.

  4. Manage the operations of Cebu branch, including order fulfillment and stock sufficiency.

  5. Manage online platforms such as Siomai King, Toktokmall, Shopee and Lazada.

  6. Ensure exceptional customer service delivery by resolving customer issues promptly, maintaining high service standards, and fostering positive customer service relationships.

  7. Strictly monitor and put controls on the daily transactions to ensure accurate inventory of products.

  8. Monitors and ensures compliance to monthly inventory audit.

  9. Monitor inventory of products to always ensures stocks sufficiency.

  10. Manage branch to secure product safety and maintain product quality.

  11. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures to mitigate operational and compliance risks.

  12. Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure logistical activities.

  13. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and inform decision-making.

  14. Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

  15. Assists and supports the Assistant General Manager towards the achievement of departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.

  16. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
