Job Description

Project Planning & Initiation

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Establish project governance and approval processes.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Clearly communicate project goals, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and meetings.
  • Facilitate collaboration between team members and stakeholders.

Project Execution & Monitoring

  • Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure adherence to plans.
  • Track project progress against milestones and deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs.
  • Identify and resolve issues or obstacles promptly.
  • Adjust project plans as necessary to meet objectives.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to project risks throughout the lifecycle.
  • Escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Document lessons learned for future projects.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational policies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication channels.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, team members, and sponsors.
  • Document project progress, decisions, and changes.

Closing & Post-Project Evaluation

  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.
  • Conduct project closeout meetings and compile final reports.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices.
  • Transition project outputs to operational teams.

Qualifications

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with organizational goals. The Senior Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder expectations, and mitigates risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Functional Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • Project Management (PM) or other relevant certification is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate team members.

Contractual : 3 months

Salary Offer: up to 87,000 + 3,000 NTA (TBD)

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
