Position Overview:

As a creative project manager, the position involves managing the company's graphics and design (GAD) projects from all project management phases. This includes liaising with clients, coordinating with internal staff, and interacting with printers involved in the production of the creative projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

· Coordinates and assigns requests to task owners while ensuring all the administrative details for the creative process are taken care of.

· Manages timelines and project briefs with the clients and team members, and hits the ground running with minimal hand-holding.

· Track projects and task progress and report any outages to the GAD group leader and/or clients.

· Escalates & resolves task issues & rearranges team priorities weekly, to ensure deliverables are created on time, on brief, and up to standard.

· Ensures assets adhere to technical specs and are uploaded correctly.

· Support the group leader in managing client relationships, establishing healthy working environment, and proactive communication to all clients.

· Attend any pre-production and post-mortem meetings (or other meetings), when feasible, per the request of the group leader.

· Communicate artwork issues, project timelines, and status to the client as well as internal and external stakeholders.

· Assist in developing or editing low complexity standard operating procedures.

· Evaluates projects end-to-end and analyzes the productivity, process and deadline adherence, quantitative accomplishments, and work quality.

· Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the business.

Quality Control and Creative Support

· Utilize different proofing platforms in conducting quality control & assurance of low-level projects to maintain creative work standards.

· Operate creative platforms like Adobe to manage simple to medium complexity revisions and under supervision.

· In extreme cases, fulfills the creative requirement of urgent tasks/revisions and other special projects like video editing under the direction of the design group leader.

Reporting

· Assist in weekly and monthly project reports, accomplishment reports, and time and motion reports using spreadsheets and presentation

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

· At least 1 year of working experience in project management

· Preferably with background in publishing companies or marketing agencies

· Also a PLUS if with experience in video production and video editing

· Highly preferred if with experience in Asana, , or ClickUp

· Good command in both written and spoken English

· Ability to manage multiple tasks

· Ability to organize and maintain records in a systematic way

· Good team player
