Job Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of tertiary education
  • SHS Graduates are welcome (at least 6 months BPO-Voice account)
  • Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experience
  • Active listening skills with keen attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes
  • Must be comfortable working onsite and in a night shift schedule
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
