Job Summary:

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our expanding voice support team in Cebu City Whether you're a fresh graduate, a career shifter, or an experienced Customer Service Representative, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and/or outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain proper records
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior High School graduate, College level, or College graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a voice or BPO account is an advantage but not required
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
  • Willing to work on night shifts
  • Must be open to onsite work in Cebu City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
