About the role
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Customer Service Representative for Voice Account to join our dynamic team at VICTORIAN PLACEMENT AGENCY. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients through voice-based interactions.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer issues
- Escalating complex cases to appropriate team members when necessary
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhering to established call centre protocols and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in English and Cebuano/Visayan
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call centre software
