About the role

We are seeking an experienced On-Site Customer Service Representative for Voice Account to join our dynamic team at VICTORIAN PLACEMENT AGENCY. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients through voice-based interactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and solutions to customer issues
  3. Escalating complex cases to appropriate team members when necessary
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Adhering to established call centre protocols and procedures
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in English and Cebuano/Visayan
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call centre software
