Job Summary

This is a fixed-term (12-month) Customer Service Representative role providing chat, email, and voice support for web hosting customers across US/EU hours.

Must have

  • Employment term: Available for a fixed-term 12-month assignment.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on web hosting support experience.
  • Channels: Minimum 1 year experience handling chat, email, and voice customer support.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills with professional phone etiquette and clear, concise chat responses.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiar with web hosting fundamentals including DNS, control panels (cPanel, Plesk or equivalent), FTP, basic domain management, and common hosting troubleshooting steps.
  • Tools: Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRM, voice platforms, and live chat software.
  • Customer skills: Strong problem-solving, de-escalation, and customer-first attitude.
  • Availability: Able to work assigned US time zone shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
  • Connectivity: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for voice calls.

  • Platform experience: Prior use of CRM and comparable systems, and other tools.

Education and conduct

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or IT-related coursework preferred.
  • Professionalism: Punctuality, strong attendance record, adherence to security and privacy policies, and ability to work in a diverse team.
