About the role

Join the dynamic customer service team at StaffSmart Outsourcing as a Customer Service Representative (Blended Account). In this full-time role based in IT Park Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various non-voice communication channels. Your role will be vital in ensuring our customers' needs are met and their issues are resolved efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests received via email, chat, and other digital channels
  2. Provide accurate information and tailored solutions to address customer concerns
  3. Process orders, returns, and other customer transactions in a timely manner
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document case resolutions
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Strong written and verbal skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role, preferably in a non-voice environment
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
