About the Role:

SuperOutsourced is seeking a motivated Bookkeeper to support our senior practitioners in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with local requirements. This role offers practical experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and business compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update books of accounts.
  • Perform account reconciliations and verify financial data accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of taxes.
  • Support tasks related to local business registration and compliance.
  • Provide general assistance to senior practitioners with financial documentation.
  • Carry out other bookkeeping-related tasks as assigned.
  • Liaise the firm clients in different government offices and instrumentalities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related courses
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team.
