JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounting Assistant to support our finance team in a busy retail environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with routine accounting tasks across multiple store branches. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Review and reconcile daily sales summaries from different store locations to ensure accuracy
  • Process vendor invoices and purchase orders, ensuring payments are completed correctly and on time
  • Perform routine bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial entries
  • Assist in generating financial reports and statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
  • Keep accounting files, invoices, receipts, and financial documents organized and up to date
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the finance team, including data entry and document management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role (retail accounting experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is beneficial
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Workdays: Monday through Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php22,000.00 per month
