Junior Accountant

About the Role:

SuperOutsourced is looking for an Accountant to support our international engagement, specializing in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF). The role covers preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with superannuation and ATO regulations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with in-house training provided. Applicants with prior SMSF experience may qualify for the higher salary range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory documents for SMSFs.
• Ensure compliance with superannuation and ATO requirements.
• Manage audit files and coordinate with external auditors.
• Organize, update, and maintain client financial records.
• Support bookkeeping and account reconciliation tasks.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Contribute to process improvements in accounting and reporting.
• Perform other ad hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Knowledge or prior experience in SMSF accounting is a strong advantage.
• CPA license or eligibility is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Willingness to undergo in-house training and specialize in SMSF.

• Salary range: ₱14,000 – ₱18,000/month (up to ₱30,000 for candidates with Class Super + 2 years SMSF experience).
