The Account Manager cum Executive Assistant plays a dual role, providing end-to-end client relationship management while also offering high-level administrative support to executive leadership. As an Account Manager, the role involves overseeing client accounts post-conversion, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships. As an Executive Assistant, the role requires managing schedules, communications, and confidential matters for senior management. This hybrid position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:Account Management Duties:

  • Take full ownership of client accounts after handover from the Business Development Manager.
  • Manage all aspects of client engagement, communication, and project implementation.
  • Prepare and submit project proposals, activation plans, and client deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing, technical) to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage risks for successful execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage billing processes including invoice preparation, collections, and payment follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with Business Development in finalizing deals and ensuring smooth client transitions.
  • Provide regular status reports and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team or Business Development Manager.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize travel, and handle logistics for internal and external engagements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other corporate activities.
  • Support documentation, filing, and communication needs of the executive office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php70,000.00 per month
