Job Summary:
- As a Sales Account Executive for The Connor Serviced Residences , you will be responsible for driving revenue and establishing relationships with potential clients to promote the hotel's services, including accommodations, events, meetings, and other facilities. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and maximizing sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the hotel's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting key markets, including corporate accounts, leisure, groups, and events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to exceed their expectations.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for the hotel. Regularly track, report, and analyze sales performance to ensure goals are being met.
- Promote Hotel Services: Actively promote the hotel's facilities, including guest rooms, meeting rooms, event spaces, and other amenities. Develop creative and customized packages to attract new clients.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals and contracts for clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of the hotel's services, pricing, and policies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and market trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive and relevant in the local and regional markets.
- Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and local networking opportunities to build the hotel's brand presence and expand its client base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, front office, and otherteams to ensure the successful execution of client contracts and bookings.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up, ensuring that clients have a positive and memorable experience.
- CRM System Management: Use the hotel's CRM system to track sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively across departments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Candidate must be willing to work onsite, 5 days a week
