
Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare financial documents such as bills, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- With atleast 1 year of working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
