JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Bachelor's degree holder, preferably, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
2) Has experience in Sales and Distributor Management of at least 3-5 years; in a managerial capacity for 2 years; preferably in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
3) Willing to travel.
4) Knows how to drive automatic and manual vehicles and has valid driver's license with 123 restriction code or its equivalent.
JOB SUMMARY:
The role manages the Distributor of his/her assigned territory and carefully monitors its business progress and development. He/She implements business strategies by Planning, Leading, Organizing, and Controlling (PLOC) to achieve the goals and business objectives set by the company.
