The role focuses on generating and cultivating a loyal customer base for Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corp through active selling and establishing relationships with distributors and dealers. The manager will translate market share growth within a specified territory and ensure maintenance of credit terms within corporate standards. Learn more: Responsibilities Determine market potential at the territory level through dealer and end‑user market reading and profiling of prospective customers. Implement approved placement strategies for the territory. Develop and propose an overall business approach including placement and pricing strategies. Serve as a link and provide support between customer and the company in all transactions related to order fulfillment. Gather, provide feedback and monitor intervention on customer concerns pertaining to product and services. Verify all critical information necessary to determine the worthiness of a prospective customer prior to endorsement. Execute lead generation and negotiations with prospective customers. Plan and execute the territory KRAs to grow the business in an assigned territory. Help manage AR of the territory through effective collection. Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of defined sales activities in the territory. Monitor the services of third‑party manpower service provider in technical sales in an assigned territory. Assist in providing technical training to third‑party service provider. Participate in current and future corporate initiatives such as PL, PPM, ISO, 5S, ISMS, Branding, CRM, IBP, COMREL, Safety, etc. Participate in projects and improvements on sales and marketing processes as may be assigned. Perform other work‑related tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Graduate of any 4‑year business‑related course. Active non‑professional driver’s license. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
