This role leads the recruitment efforts at the site level, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet operational demands. This role manages recruitment activities, coordinates with plant or site leaders, and oversees vendor management related to staffing. The supervisor ensures hiring processes align with company policies and contributes to a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on site operations or manufacturing/FMCG environments
  • Proven ability to lead and manage recruitment teams or projects
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, site safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing vendor/agency relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems or applicant tracking tools
  • Deployed in Site
