Primary Function: Ensures assistance in the implementation of all programs for both organizational and employee's training and development
Major Responsibilities:
Ensure that the implementation of the OD programs as coordinated by Corporate T &OD
Conducts company orientation to newly-hired employees
Ensure implementation and facilitation of training
Assists in the preparation of training modules and other materials needed
Takes charge in the logistics and budget preparation/liquidation of the training
Takes charge in the documentation during training
Prepares training documentation report
Submits Feedback report regarding training programs
Monitors and prepares reports regarding the progress of employee to the action plan implemented after the training/seminar
- Conducts third and fifth month evaluation to probationary employees
Qualifications:
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
- With at least 2 years of experience in the same capacity
- Has demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs
- Has experience with multiple Performance Management, Talent Management, and Leadership Development Initiatives
- Has basic skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven to be an excellent communicator in both verbal and written mediums
- Proven to be proficient in multitasking, managing tasks, building rapport and working under pressure
