Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily store operations. The role includes monitoring staff, ensuring food quality and cleanliness, handling customer concerns, and helping the team reach sales and performance goals.
Job Description
- Lead the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
 - Guide staff in upselling and good customer service.
 - Control food cost, wastage, and inventory.
 - Keep proper records of inventory and reports.
 - Make sure the store is clean and follows food safety standards.
 - Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional way.
 - Check staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
 - Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company rules.
 - Coordinate with Operations and Accounting for reports and updates.
 - Coach and motivate the team to do their best at work.
 
Qualifications
- College level or graduate of any 4-year course.
 - With at least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant or food business.
 - Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
 - Must be reliable, organized, and people-oriented.
 - Preferably living near the store location.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
