We are looking for an experienced Dorm Supervisor and Licensed Registered Nurse to join our school dormitory team. This is a stay-in position with accommodation and meals provided. The nurse will play an important role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our dormitory residents while fostering a caring and supportive environment.

Schedule Options

  • Option 1: Thursday 3:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM
  • Option 2: Friday 3:00 PM – Tuesday 8:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time, Stay-In

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse (Required)
  • Prior experience in a school setting or dormitory supervision (preferred)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and professionalism
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
  • Willingness to live on-site and work flexible hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of dorm residents
  • Provide basic medical assistance and first aid as needed
  • Administer medications according to doctor's instructions and maintain accurate medical records
  • Supervise daily routines and enforce dorm rules and regulations
  • Assist students with personal needs or emergencies during duty hours
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dormitory common areas
  • Coordinate with school administration regarding concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues
  • Organize and oversee dorm activities to promote a healthy and positive environment
  • Conduct nightly security checks and ensure proper lights-out procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks such as attendance checks and incident reporting
