Freight Forwarding Specialist

Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines BELIZEAN TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS, INC. Full time ₱250,000 per year

Specific responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor import/export shipments (air, sea, and land).

  • Prepare, review, and process shipping documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.

  • Track and update shipment status, providing timely communication to customers.

  • Handle rate negotiations and provide quotations to clients.

  • Resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Customs Administration or related course

  • At least 2 years' experience in specified tasks and in field of Freight

Forwarding/Logistics Industry. Experience in Forwarding and Logistics

Industry is a must.

  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs clearance, and trade regulations.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Effective oral and written management communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
