We are looking for a reliable and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in a Mediterranean dining environment. The ideal candidate is someone who can execute the Managing Director's operational plans, ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, and uphold excellent customer service standards. You will oversee staff, manage inventory, and support the overall success of the restaurant.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Execution

  • Implement and execute operational plans and directives from the Managing Director.
  • Ensure all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
  • Monitor daily performance of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Conduct regular inventory of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and ensure proper receiving and storage of goods.
  • Control waste, track usage, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Staff Supervision & Training

  • Lead, supervise, and schedule restaurant staff to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and discipline.

Customer Service

  • Ensure guests receive high-quality service aligned with the restaurant's Mediterranean dining standards.
  • Handle customer concerns or feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and overall guest satisfaction.

Administrative Duties

  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports as required by the Managing Director.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate end-of-day reporting.
  • Support compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and basic administrative processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
