WE'RE HIRING: Restaurant Management Trainee (Greenhills Mall, San Juan City)

We're seeking a driven, proactive, and adaptable Management Trainee to join our restaurant and café team at Greenhills Mall. This is a great opportunity for individuals with supervisory or leadership experience who are eager to develop their management skills and grow into higher leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Willing to be assigned in Greenhills, San Juan
  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, Management Trainee, or in a similar leadership capacity (experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage)
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities to effectively guide a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with staff and customers
  • Adaptable and composed in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, team supervision, and service standards
  • Highly organized, with solid skills in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Can work independently while maintaining accountability and professionalism
