Our client, Nic's Gourmet Dessert's Inc., is into production and distribution of cakes, breads, pastries and frozen products to leading supermarkets in Metro Manila. It has its own restaurant located at Makati (near Glorietta) and urgently needs RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

  • Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service, respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Maintain quality control for all food served
  • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers' experience
  • Responsible for POS machine maintenance and use
  • Project future need for goods, kitchen supplies and cleaning products orders accordingly
  • Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Train new employee and provide ongoing training for all staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS HRM or any food related, restaurant related course
  • At least 3 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor preferably in a bakery (cakes, breads and pastries) set up of restaurant
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication
  • Must have customer service skills and customer oriented personality
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
