Job Description:

Sal-Tech Easy Packaging is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns. If you have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand promotion — and enjoy driving engagement and growth — this role is for you

This is a work-from-home position, and we're looking to hire immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate remotely with the team to maintain brand consistency.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities.
  • Revise and improve marketing materials when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Portfolio or examples of past campaigns are a plus.

Compensation & Work Hours:

  • Pay: ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month (negotiable depending on credentials and experience)
  • Flexible work-from-home setup
  • Full-time availability preferred
