Salary Range

PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000 per month (PH-based, remote)

Overview

We're seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media to manage and optimize online campaigns for our diamond and jewelry company. This role is hands-on — you'll be building, analyzing, and fine-tuning ad campaigns daily across Meta, Google, and other paid channels to drive growth and deliver strong ROI.

  • Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms — ensure accurate tracking and data integrity.
  • Monitor performance daily, adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets in real time to meet ROI goals.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support creative testing and A/B experiments to identify top-performing ads and structures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to identify opportunities for scaling and innovation.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiar with basic coding and tracking setup (e.g., pixels, UTM parameters).
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Consistent campaign ROI and growth in lead volume or conversions.
  • Strong performance metrics and efficient budget utilization.
  • Clear reporting with actionable insights for management.
  • Successful testing cycles resulting in improved ad performance.
