Recruitment and HR Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment and HR Specialist who will ensure the company attracts the right talent while also supporting day-to-day human resources operations. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, basic HR documentation, employee records management, and assisting with internal HR-related processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment Duties:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare job postings and coordinate with hiring managers and the operations team to define hiring needs.
- Maintain a candidate database and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and endorse qualified candidates to department heads.
- Conduct pre-employment processing (e.g., background checks, reference verification) and the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
HR Support Duties:
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files.
- Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave monitoring.
- Help facilitate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Ensure proper filing of HR documents and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee requests, concerns, or escalate them to appropriate management.
Office location: Sangandaan, Caloocan City (near UE caloocan)
Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and government compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Discreet, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Can work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
