DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROJECT SUPPORT STAFF

The Project Engr Support plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of essential project-related documents. The following outlines the specific duties and responsibilities expected of the Project Support Staff:

Preparation and Compilation of Project Documents, including but not limited to:

a. Methodology

b. Hazard Risk Assessment and Control (HRAC)

c. Construction Health and Safety Program (CHSP)

d. Permit Attachments

e. Request for Aproval

f. Request for Information

g. Gantt Chart Scheduling

h. Manpower Loading

i. Equipment Loading

j. Documentation of Work Stoppages

k. Documentation of Work Resumption

l. Weekly Progress Report

m. Project Turn Over Documents

n. Punchlist Report

o. Email Correspondence pertaining to project

p. Billing Attachment (Accomplishment Report)

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in project documentation, safety, or construction management are an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project documentation or support roles in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, safety programs, and project reporting requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination across teams.

-Compressed Working Schedule: Monday-Thursday :8am-7pm and Friday 8am-5pm

-Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
