We are seeking a Senior Master Scheduler to support the Department of Defense at USAREUR-AF. This role is located in Wiesbaden, Germany, with additional opportunities in Poland, Netherlands, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, and Kosovo.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, resource leveling, and risk management. They will develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the organization, providing scheduling expertise.

This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring. The successful candidate will be able to analyze forecasts of customer needs, capacity, and resources to ensure deadlines are met and costs are controlled.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Analyze forecasts of customer needs, capacity, and resources
  • Coordinate with functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule
  • Monitor and report on scheduled events, adjusting plans as necessary
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop project schedules and budgets, monitor tasks, and analyze performance
  • Interact with customers and industry representatives to ensure requirements are met
Qualifications:

Required:

  • US Citizen with active DoD Secret Security Clearance, eligibility for TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, operations management, or related field
  • 9+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of specific experience with scheduling methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with project management software
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate schedule-impacting risks
  • Certification such as CAPM, CST, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of United States Army Europe & Africa operations

  • Experience supporting IT projects
  • Certifications like PMI-SP, PSP, PMP
  • Knowledge of current technology and DoD Military Standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and client-focused
