As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing all technical and operational aspects of our construction initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support project execution
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide technical input and address any design-related challenges
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate project status to management
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians on the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry. preferably under Gen Con is an advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex civil or structural engineering/ Architectural projects
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools)
  • Can work under under pressure
  • Can start immediate is an advantage
  • Willing to relocate in Sta. Rosa Laguna OR Las Pinas City
