The Opportunity at a Glance

We're hiring a
Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator
to help deliver creative, data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. This is a
full-time hybrid role
for Philippine-based candidates, with
only one (1) in-office day per month
under a proper PH employment setup.

You'll work closely with a talented marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that elevate Better Rehab's brand, drive engagement, and support our mission to deliver world-class allied health services. This role is ideal for someone who loves the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology — and wants to grow in a supportive, people-first culture.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support the planning and execution of
    digital marketing campaigns
    aligned with business goals.

  • Coordinate content across
    social media, website, and email marketing
    channels to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Manage and optimise
    email marketing campaigns
    via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp.

  • Develop and maintain
    email automation systems
    to improve audience engagement.

  • Create and schedule content for
    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
    , and other digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with the web team to improve
    SEO, UX
    , and website lead generation.

  • Manage and optimise the company's
    martech stack
    , identifying new tools to boost performance.

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce reports, etc.) to
    track performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.

  • Conduct
    competitor analysis and benchmarking
    to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

  • Support the implementation of
    AI and automation tools
    to enhance marketing efficiency.

What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Hold a
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Have at least
    2-4 years of hands-on experience
    in digital marketing, preferably with healthcare or service-based organisations.

  • Are confident working with
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.

  • Understand digital marketing principles including
    SEO, SEM, content strategy, and social media marketing.

  • Have
    excellent written and verbal communication skills
    and a strong eye for detail.

  • Are analytical, creative, and able to interpret data to optimise performance.

  • Thrive in a
    collaborative team environment
    where ideas are shared openly.

  • Are
    proactive, adaptable
    , and take pride in helping your team and company
    scale successfully
    .

  • Enjoy learning new tools and approaches as the digital landscape evolves.

What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • Experience with
    Litmus, Hootsuite, or WordPress
    .

  • Familiarity with
    AI-driven marketing tools
    or automation systems.

  • A knack for
    creative copywriting, storytelling, or visual branding.

  • Knowledge of
    NDIS or healthcare-related marketing.
