Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist / Executive to drive Promotexter's performance marketing and digital advertising initiatives. This role is for a hands-on digital expert—someone who thrives on data, understands performance metrics deeply, and can translate insights into impactful campaigns. You'll manage Promotexter's paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others), SEO strategy, and analytics reporting, while also spearheading the onboarding of new digital ad platforms that our Sales team can resell (e.g. Grab Ads, FoodPanda, Angkas, and others).

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & SEO

● Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads,

LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.

● Develop and manage SEO strategy to grow website traffic and improve

organic rankings.

● Create audience segments and performance dashboards to measure ROI

and conversion metrics.

● Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Analytics & Reporting

● Manage analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag

Manager, SEMrush, and other tools.

● Generate regular reports on campaign performance, site traffic, and

conversion trends.

● Present actionable insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales

leadership.

Channel Expansion & Partnership Development

● Identify and evaluate new digital advertising channels (e.g. Grab Ads,

FoodPanda, Angkas, etc.) for Promotexter's Customer Acquisition service

line.

● Lead the onboarding and integration of these channels, coordinating with

internal teams and external partners.

● Work closely with Sales to build channel knowledge, pitch materials, and ROI

models for client reselling.

Collaboration

Support the Marketing Manager in strategic campaign planning, content coordination,

and performance analysis.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure consistent messaging

and cross-channel alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth

marketing.

● Strong proficiency with:

○ Google Ads / Search / Display / YouTube

○ LinkedIn Campaign Manager

○ Google Analytics (GA4)

○ Google Tag Manager

○ SEMrush or Ahrefs

● Proven track record of optimizing campaigns and managing digital budgets

effectively.

● Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.

● Experience integrating or managing partnerships with digital ad

networks/platforms is a plus.

● Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
