About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert who will take full, end-to-end ownership of digital marketing initiatives — from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving brand visibility, online engagement, and campaign performance through both paid and organic channels.

The successful candidate will manage digital campaigns, lead social media marketing, collaborate with agencies, and oversee the successful launch and management of digital assets, including a new company website.


Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies, manage content calendars, and track engagement to build a strong digital presence.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights to enhance ROI and engagement.
  • Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure brand alignment, quality standards, and delivery of KPIs.
  • Website Launch & Management: Lead the rollout of the new company website, ensuring functionality, content accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Internal & External Communications: Partner with internal stakeholders and manage external communications to strengthen brand messaging.
  • Administrative Support: Handle light administrative work (approx. 20% of the role) related to campaign reports, documentation, and coordination.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in advertising, retail, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience managing social media marketing, paid media, and organic digital strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Strong background in collaborating with creative or media agencies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
