Position Overview

We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist
with at least
5 years of experience
and strong expertise in
graphic design
, ideally with exposure to diverse industries such as
BPO, Real Estate, Energy, and Oil & Gas
. The role requires a balance of creative design and strategic digital marketing execution to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support business objectives across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    digital marketing campaigns
    across social media, email, and search platforms tailored to industry-specific audiences.
  • Design and produce
    graphic assets
    including brochures, infographics, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collateral aligned with corporate branding standards.
  • Create engaging
    multimedia content
    such as short-form videos, animations, and visual explainers to communicate complex concepts in accessible ways.
  • Manage and update websites and landing pages, ensuring optimized user experience and consistent branding across industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals, client acquisition, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and apply innovative design techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness in competitive markets.

  • Social Media Marketing:
    Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Hootsuite.
  • Email Marketing Platforms:
    Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
    SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, keyword research, content optimization, A/B testing.
  • Creative Techniques:
    Branding, typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling tailored to diverse industries.
