Position Overview
We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Manager, Digital Marketing to lead end-to-end digital strategy across paid media, SEO, email marketing, website performance, and analytics. This senior leadership role will oversee a high-impact team responsible for driving awareness, leads, applications, and conversions across the digital ecosystem — with a strong focus on recruitment, referral generation, foster care marketing, and reputation management.
The Senior Manager will play a central role in aligning digital strategy with business goals, optimizing conversion paths, uncovering actionable insights, and improving performance across platforms. This position will also guide the execution of campaigns that support hiring, growth, and engagement, in close partnership with U.S.-based marketing and recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives including paid search, display, retargeting, paid social, SEO, and email campaigns
- Manage a cross-functional team including Website Developer, Social Media and Community Manager, Data Analyst, Digital Marketing Specialist, and potentially a Project Manager
- Oversee performance of websites and career/recruitment landing pages, ensuring high-converting user experiences across target audiences
- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns to support recruitment, foster care, and referral partner acquisition
- Guide SEM and SEO strategies to improve rankings, drive traffic, and reduce cost per conversion
- Oversee CRM/ATS marketing integrations and email performance, including drip campaigns and nurture flows
- Use tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, and Jobvite to track, measure, and optimize performance
- Interpret data and lead performance reporting, providing actionable insights to improve ROI, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost-per-hire
- Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and strategy teams to support campaign execution
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and opportunities to scale and optimize a digital-first approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven leadership in cross-channel performance strategy
- Expertise in SEM, SEO, paid social, website management, and digital funnel optimization
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, Indeed Analytics, Jobvite, and CRMs
- Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
- Bonus: Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or community service sectors
- Bonus: Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php130, Php150,000.00 per month
