Position Overview

The HR Recruitment and Employee Relations Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations. This role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while maintaining strong engagement, compliance, and alignment with company values.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
  • Organize and conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote and maintain positive employee relations to support engagement and retention.
  • Mediate conflicts and ensure fair resolution in line with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, guidelines, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support initiatives for employee engagement, morale, and well-being.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
