  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Communicate with the operation the progress of the manpower request.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  • Supports and guides employees with HR policies, procedures, discipline, grievance handling and employee welfare.
  • Responsible for providing training and orientation for new hire staff.
  • Monitors manpower count, tenure, vacancies etc.
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of Psychology or Human Resources or any related course
  • With at least 1 year (s) solid experience as HR Assistant or Recruitment Specialist handling factory or production workers.
  • Computer literate especially on Excel.
  • Must be residing in Sampaloc Manila or nearby cities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Required)
