Role Description
The primary responsibilities include managing employee relations, addressing workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Employee Relations Specialist will also work closely with leadership to foster a harmonious working environment and resolve personnel-related concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Grievance Handling
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Standards, and Employment Regulations
- Strong Organizational, Documentation, and Administrative Skills
- Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Abilities
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Relevant experience in HR or Employee Relations, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 1 year work related experience
