About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team at in Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Proactively identifying and pursuing potential new customers and partners across various industries
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
  3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
  4. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience
  5. Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
  6. Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's overall sales and marketing plans

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in new business development, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Thorough understanding of the New Business Development landscape and industry best practices
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments
  7. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
