Qualifications:

  • Open for any bachelor's degree holder;
  • With at least 2-3 years experience in Import & Export booking processes;
  • With a solid background in terms of customs compliance for both sea and air;
  • SAP proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance Handling Customs Declaration (export, import) for Shipment by Sea and Air

  2. Monitoring Arrival and document completed (Health System)

  3. Create Import Documentation, make sure using correct HS code, Duty, VAT, Quantity.

  4. Follow Up and make Improvement with Custom broker, Shipping Line, Forwarder on import-export process

  5. Communicated with internal Philips organization, Supply chain, Finance (PH and HS), Product Specialize

  6. Make sure import export process comply with government agency, Customs regulation (Audit) and Philips Global Trade and Customs

  • Maintain mater data completeness
  • Maximize number of Touchless declarations
  • Maximize compliant records
  • Minimize import declaration processing time
  • Minimize costs of non-compliance
  • Track # of adjusted declarations
  • Minimize VAT risk at export
  • Track # of declarations not initially Green

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
