Technical Support Representative

We help solve important business challenges for customers like New Balance, Lacoste, Allbirds, and Steve Madden by automating the full cycle of digital commerce; helping them drive revenue through new and existing channels in a streamlined and cost-efficient way.
Requirements:
- Provided Tier 2–3 technical support for e-commerce platforms, resolving complex system, order, and integration issues beyond frontline assistance.
- Skilled in analyzing and troubleshooting API integrations and workflow automations to ensure seamless system functionality and data synchronization.
- Experienced in using Jira for ticket management, escalation tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with development and product teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
