We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Support Representative to support our healthcare team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, patient coordination, and basic clinical documentation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a virtual healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, book patient appointments, and send reminders.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and follow up with patients regarding appointments, prescriptions, or test results.
  • Update and maintain Electronic Medical Records.
  • Confirm patient insurance eligibility and coverage details.
  • Input patient data, transcribe physician notes, and prepare reports.
  • Manage emails, organize files, and assist with billing or claims processing.
  • Assist with patient intake forms, care plan explanations, and health promotion tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in healthcare, medical assisting, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or BPO setting is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
