We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our growing team

We are an engineering company engaged in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fabrication Services, Civil Works, and Repairs.

Office Location: Mardonio Ceniza St., Casuntingan, Mandaue City

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct sales fieldwork — visit clients, do plant and site ocular inspections.

2. Handle marketing activities, book appointments, and lead project negotiations.

3. Prepare bid proposals and coordinate client submissions.

4. Perform basic cost estimates required for proposals and quotations.

5. Be time-oriented, results-driven, and consistent with follow-ups.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

A sales-driven and goal-oriented individual.

Must be outgoing, confident, and passionate about building relationships.

Willing to do fieldwork and client visits.

Has strong initiative and basic technical understanding.

Preferably with a background in engineering, construction, or related fields.

This role is not for introverts — we need someone who enjoys engaging with people and closing deals

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Basic Salary Range: ₱16,000 – ₱20,000 / month

Commissions for hitting sales quotas
