We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and determined
Hotel Reconfirmations Consultant
to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.

Responsibilities:

  • Using the back office to source booking information
  • Effectively confirms hotel reservations by calling or emailing the property
  • Reconfirms with the hotel all details including any special requests
  • Sources property contact details if unavailable in the back office and updates any details for future correspondence
  • Identifies problem bookings and liaises with the Partner Care Team to fix potential issues before check-in
  • Other admin tasks as assigned by the Partner Care Team Lead or Client

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work on-site and graveyard shifts
  • Previous experience working for a hotel distribution channel is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
