Work Shift: Rotational Shift

Work Setup: Onsite (Bridgetown/ Libis)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers with booking needs.
  • Book flights, hotels, and car rentals through Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Issue, reissue, and process refunds for flight tickets using cryptic/native GDS commands.
  • Handle traveler inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate (college level or graduate a plus).
  • At least 1 year of GDS experience in a BPO or travel industry setting (Sabre and Amadeus preferred).
  • Proficiency in cryptic/native GDS commands.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
